Water supply and drainage system

Weak current system

Weak current is one of the most commonly used energy sources in the laboratory, which covers most areas of the laboratory. Weak current system includes lighting, power distribution and communication system in each testing area.

The laboratory should respond to the wiring of weak current system science, wiring should conform to the relevant specifications of weak current construction, should be set in each relatively independent detection area of the weak current main switch, so that in an emergency when the detection personnel can take timely power measures. Therefore, the power switch should be easy to operate, do not lock, but must have a safety sign.

High pressure gas supply system

Laboratory high-pressure gas supply system mainly refers to the high-pressure gas cylinder gas supply device in the laboratory.

High-pressure gas cylinders should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated and cool place, away from corrosive substances, open fire and other heat sources, and direct sunlight. The temperature in the warehouse should not exceed 30 ° C. Do not store high-pressure cylinders in basements or semi-underground chambers to avoid dampness and rust. The storeroom shall be equipped with appropriate types and quantities of fire fighting equipment. The power switch of lighting and ventilation equipment in the warehouse shall be located outside the warehouse.

Temperature control system

The laboratory should pay attention to the influence of temperature and humidity on the detection work, and it is necessary to set up warm and cold air conditioning in key areas to adjust the temperature of the testing room, so as to achieve the environmental conditions required by the testing procedures. Attention should be paid to improving the storage temperature and humidity regulation of drug storehouse, sample storehouse and high-pressure gas cylinder to ensure the safety of drugs, samples and high-pressure gas cylinder.

Ventilation system

A standard laboratory in addition to the temperature, humidity to carry out strict and effective control, but also need a ventilation system, in order to get enough ventilation volume to deal with and discharge the laboratory produced smoke, odor and other dirty air. The key areas for setting ventilation equipment are drug storehouse, sample storehouse and testing area.

High voltage power supply system

Food laboratory needs to use high voltage equipment although not much, such as high temperature furnace, some types of distilled water device, but the safety can not be ignored. The construction of high voltage power supply system should fully consider the compatibility with the environment. High voltage power supply should be far away from the water supply and drainage network, far away from the high pressure gas supply device, should be set up safety protection device in the testing area.

Fire protection system

Standardized fire protection system is an important measure to ensure the safety of the laboratory, and complete safety accident prevention measures should be taken, and cover every functional area of the entire laboratory. The focus is on thermal and high voltage, power supply areas.

Environmental protection system

The laboratory shall set up appropriate facilities for harmless treatment of waste water, filtration and discharge of smoke and dust, classification management and recycling of harmful solid wastes, and proper disposal of wastes under strict control so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
